If it Ain't Broke, Break it!

For last year's virtual Rocky Mt. Utility Exchange, we tried to replicate the in-person event online as authentically as possible. Attendance was similar to our in-person events, and folks appreciated being able to participate together live online. But for this year's event, we are breaking with the past format to encourage more smaller group interaction like we would normally have in the hallways or at mealtime at Aspen Meadows. This year's virtual-only agenda over four half-days will include eight 90-minute online exchanges with brief prepared remarks, interactive discussion in smaller, randomly-assigned breakouts, and then a larger group conversation with all participants. This will make more work for the session facilitators to keep the conversation moving, but the Advisory Committee believe this will be a better method to maintain the event's spirit and momentum until we can all get back together in-person in 2022.

The agenda is now published, online registration is open at www.utilityexchange.org/15th-conference-attend. We're thrilled to have so many returning sponsor organizations as well as new online who you can see listed at www.utilityexchange.org/15th-conference-sponsors.

We're continuing to make this annual event an exciting place to network and learn. And we're honoring this year's theme: "We're Changing! Come Change With Us!"
