About UtilityExchange.orgUtilityExchange.org is a closely-held private corporation that helps utilities and other organizations think strategically about industry-related initiatives and develop tactical action plans. One way that UtilityExchange.org does this is by producing online and in-person activities where utilities and allied organizations learn and network regarding distributed energy resources, demand response, load management, energy efficiency, customer service/operations, marketing/sales, and enhanced business operations. UtilityExchange.org also faciliates an online member community to help energy and water utility staff and allies to network and learn from each other. Its focus is the design and delivery of customer-centric energy and water utility programs related to efficiency, load management, distributed energy resources, and customer service operations. Every Fall for 15 years, UtilityExchange.org has produced the Rocky Mountain Utility Exchange co-hosted by the City of Aspen Utilities and Holy Cross Energy. The national event with a regional focus is the premier networking and learning event for Utility Exchange community members. All event registrants receive a one-year Utility Exchange membership with unlimited access to event content and participant contact information. Other individuals who don't register for the event may join the community for free for limited access.
