The Exchange block rate is $209/night with resort fee waived and we have arranged a preferred pre- and post-rate event of $229 for 3 days before and 3 days after the event, with resort fee waived. A minimum 2-night stay is required for reservations including Wednesday, September 30.

To avoid seeing potential sell out messages when the facility is not sold out, start by choosing only the days of the event, and hitting the "select" button on the room that pops up, then it will take you to a page that will show if rooms are available before or after the days you selected, and you may adjust accordingly.
